STC Customer Event at the Conference

TEMPE, AZ - 09/04/2013 - Neither Joe Wise nor Jimmie Dixon play golf - one of the activities at the recent IMSA International Conference in Scottsdale, AZ - so they went shooting.

Solar Traffic Controls customer event was to treat Warren Prokopich, Western Canada Sales rep for Fortran Traffic, to a shooting outing. Their "shotgun" start actually involved real shotguns at the Rio Salado Sportsmen's Club in East Mesa, AZ.

Warren is from Vancouver B.C. and had never handled a gun before. Joe taught him how they worked and had Warren hitting targets in no time. Joe and Jimmie took him to shoot sporting clays which is a more challenging form of trap and skeet, as the targets come from almost any direction. They just have to end up in the shooter's field of view to knock them down.
