Traffic Alert: Early Indications of El Niño Winter
TEMPE, AZ - 10/11/2012 - Weather alert: the National Weather Service -
Climate Prediction Center has warned that El Niño conditions are likely to develop during August or September 2012.

The weather agencies also have early indications of a moderate El Niño winter for the western U.S.
The Southwest has experienced a hazardous monsoon season in 2012 with frequent incidences of stream and wash flooding which have required swift water rescues of trapped motorists. Prepare for these emergencies by installing a Solar Traffic Controls high water warning system at unbridged crossings.
